All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo of the unused product and packaging within 24 hours of receiving product. A claim for damages must also be filed with the shipping carrier in order to receive an exchange.
Our return policy is 10 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition received.
Requests should be initiated via email at email@example.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Be sure to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to insure that your returned item(s) is received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email
We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
